Vancouver Harbour Cruises do still run in the rain. If there are extremely high winds or thick fog, the captains may decide not to sail if it is unsafe to do so.

The cruise is a fully narrated 1-hour tour of the Burrard Inlet.
Smoking is not allowed onboard vessels. However, there are plenty of outdoor decks that are available for smokers.
Each boat has a fully licensed bar onboard. For sunset dinner cruises and the Indian Arm Luncheon Cruise, food is included as part of the tour price. These are different offerings than the Vancouver Harbour Tour, however.
The Vancouver Harbour Tour runs daily from May 1 through September 29. Departure times are 11:00 am, 12:30 pm, 2:30 pm and 5:00 pm.
