Important Notes
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate motorized scooters/wheelchairs, folding wheelchairs, walkers, strollers or luggage on our Hop-On, Hop-Off buses due to limited storage capacity and provincial laws prohibiting luggage and other items which are not securely or properly stored onboard.
- We are unable to accommodate pets on board our Hop-On, Hop-Off buses unless they are service dogs with proper documentation
- Hop-On, Hop-Off Stop #13 Chinatown will be closed from July 6-9 & July 13-14.
- Hop-On, Hop-Off Stop #14 Gastown will be closed all day June 10th.
Keep up to date on stop closures due to construction and events that may affect our Hop-On, Hop-Off Buses.
- You will be accompanied by English recorded commentary. 7 languages are available (English, Spanish, French, Korean, Japanese, German, Mandarin). Any language other than English is ONLY available through our online app. Please see the Fact Sheets and Brochure Ordering section for the AudioMe Tours QR codes and a step-by-step setup guide.

- Our Guided Tours are unable to accommodate any electric scooters or wheelchairs due to provincial laws. We CAN accommodate foldable walkers/scooters/wheelchairs, and luggage that can be stored in our underneath compartment by request only. The Stanley Park and City Twilight Tour uses the Hop-On, Hop-Off buses, therefore, we are unable to accommodate motorized scooters/wheelchairs, folding wheelchairs/walkers/strollers, or luggage due to limited storage capacity and provincial laws.
- We are unable to accommodate pets on board our buses unless they are service animals with proper documentation.

Changes or cancellations can be made anytime before 24 hours prior your scheduled tour or attraction, unless otherwise specified. After that time, all bookings will be considered non-refundable.
No refunds or exchanges will be allowed on any unused products and Hop-On, Hop-Off or Hop + Attraction packages.
Please Note: No shows, missed departures, or unused services will be non-refundable.
Reservations changes are based on availability and additional fees may be applied.
