All Tours and Hop-On, Hop-Off services require a reservation.
Changes or cancellations can be made 24 hour prior to departure. After that time, all bookings will be considered non-refundable. Please note that no shows or missed departures will not be refunded.

Absolutely not! Vancouver is well-known for its rainy weather and our tours run rain or shine. Don’t forget to bring along an umbrella!
- Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing accepts payment with VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Direct Debit is currently not available.
- Tickets purchased through WeChat or Alipay will not be accepted.
Adult pricing is applicable for those 13 years and older. Children are aged 3-12 years, and infants 2 and under are free on all services conducted by Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing.
Currently, our Guided Tours are conducted entirely in English. Hop-On, Hop-Off offers recorded commentary in English, French, Spanish, German, Japanese, Korean & Mandarin via the AudioMe App.
With the exception of registered service dogs, no pets are allowed on board.

Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately for the weather depending on the season. Check the weather prior to arrival into Vancouver. Bring an umbrella or rain jacket just in case of inclement weather.
If you are travelling in a large group please call our Contact Centre, and notify them of the groups you are travelling with. We will try our best to keep all groups together, however, it is not guaranteed. In addition, if you are seeking to inquire Private Charter services or have a group of 20 or more please click here, or call our Contact Centre at 604-451-1600 or e-mail [email protected] for further information. Note that smaller groups booking the normal scheduled tour may not be guaranteed seating on the same vehicle.
All of our Guided Tours offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off at select hotels in Vancouver. A pull-down list of pick-up locations will be provided during the booking process and are different depending on the tour you’ve chose.
The Welcome Centre is located in the heart of the Main Plaza. The kiosk has a giant maple leaf printed on it.
- We will not pick up at the Vancouver Airport.
- We can drop-off at the Vancouver Airport on select tours. Please contact our office to inquire.
Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing must be advised 24 hours prior to tour departure that guests will be bringing luggage with them to Victoria or Whistler.
Our fees include surcharges such as transportation, fuel and administration for applicable activities.
All of our pages, except for the Hop-On, Hop-Off LiveBus Map, are protected by SSL Security, which encrypts all information sent to our server, including all personal information sent as part of the booking process, or on our Contact Us form. This does come at a small performance cost, and that is the reason we chose to disable it for our Live Bus Map.
All of the most popular browsers are supported, but we do recommend the use of the latest version of Google Chrome, as we have found it works best in most scenarios. If you don’t already have it, you can download it here. Please avoid booking a tour using Google Chrome’s Incognito function.
Guest purchases made by credit card will reflect a charge from West Coast Sightseeing Ltd. on their statements.
