Officially known as the First Narrows Bridge, the Lions Gate Bridge is a treasured landmark for locals and visitors alike. Built in 1938, the bridge connects Stanley Park to North Vancouver and the mountains beyond. It sees up to 70,000 vehicles cross a day. Designated a National Historic Site of Canada, the bridge offers magnificent views over the Burrard Inlet and Vancouver city.
